The festival aims at promoting the an­cient lifestyle as well as the Roman cul­tural and historical heritage of the area and the ancient city of Tomis.

Visitors can partake in diverse activities related to ancient arts and crafts, pot­tery-making workshops, metal-working and can also get acquainted with ancient textiles and clothing, gastronomy, mili­tary equipment, leather. The program in­cludes music and dance performances as well as cultural excursions to the historic part of Constanta.
